- "GraceBridge", "we", "our", or "us" refers to GraceBridge, a registered credit provider in South Africa.
- "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person who accesses, registers for, or uses our services.
- "Credit Facility" means the credit offered by GraceBridge to approved customers for use at partner vendors.
- "Vendors" refers to pharmacies, grocery stores, and other approved partners who accept GraceBridge credit.
2. Eligibility to Use Our Services
To use GraceBridge, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be a South African citizen or legal resident
- Have a valid South African ID or passport
- Have a regular and verifiable source of income
- Agree to affordability and credit checks
3. Credit Application and Use
- All credit applications are subject to approval based on our internal criteria.
- By applying, you consent to us verifying your information and conducting credit and affordability assessments.
- If approved, your credit facility can only be used at GraceBridge partner vendors.
- You must use the facility lawfully and in accordance with your agreement with us.
4. Repayment Terms
- You agree to repay your credit facility according to the schedule provided upon approval.
- Payments are collected via DebiCheck debit order or any other authorised method agreed upon.
- You are responsible for ensuring there are sufficient funds in your account on the agreed dates.
- Missed or late payments may result in penalties, account suspension, or legal action.
5. Fees and Charges
- Service fees and interest charges apply and will be disclosed in your individual credit agreement.
- All applicable costs are communicated upfront and in accordance with the National Credit Act.
- GraceBridge reserves the right to update fee structures, with notice to you as required by law.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date personal and financial information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior through the platform
- Inform us immediately of any changes to your employment, banking, or contact details
7. Vendor Terms
- GraceBridge credit may only be used at approved vendors.
- We are not responsible for the pricing, availability, or quality of products or services from third-party vendors.
- Disputes related to products must be resolved with the vendor directly.
8. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms or your credit agreement
- You provide false or misleading information
- You default on payments
- Fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected
You may close your account by repaying any outstanding amounts and notifying us in writing.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
GraceBridge collects and processes your data in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

10. Limitation of Liability
GraceBridge is not liable for:
- Loss of income, data, or business due to service interruptions or credit denial
- Disputes arising from vendor transactions
- Delays caused by technical failures or third-party services
We provide our services on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint:

- If unresolved, you may escalate the issue to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) or the Consumer Tribunal
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we do, we will notify you via email, SMS, or through our website.
